3.1 – This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. The Teacher Secondary candidate must complete all onboarding procedures in Japan Osaka within the stipulated delivery date of August 1, 2025, or this Purchase Order shall be considered void and subject to re-issuance.
3.2 – The Teacher Secondary professional engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid secondary education teaching license recognized by the Japan Osaka Prefectural Board of Education or an equivalent credential from a recognized international educational authority. The vendor is responsible for verifying all qualifications prior to final placement.

In such cases, the vendor shall provide a replacement Teacher Secondary candidate at no additional cost to the issuing authority.
3.7 – This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Japan and the specific procurement regulations of Osaka Prefecture. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Japan Osaka Prefectural Administrative Tribunal.
