TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Kenya Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, as applicable to educational institutions in Kenya Nairobi.
- All items specified in this Purchase Order are exclusively for the use of the Teacher Secondary at Nairobi Secondary School and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Buyer.
- The Seller shall deliver all goods to the designated Teacher Secondary classroom and laboratory facilities located in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch, within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery and acceptance of all items by the Teacher Secondary and the school's procurement committee.
- All electronic equipment (interactive whiteboards, projectors, and software) shall carry a minimum of a two-year manufacturer's warranty valid in Kenya Nairobi, with on-site repair service available within the Nairobi metropolitan area.
- The Seller warrants that all textbooks and curriculum materials are approved by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) and the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) for use in the Teacher Secondary programme.
- In the event of non-delivery, partial delivery, or defective goods, the Buyer reserves the right to reject the affected items and request a full or partial refund within seven (7) business days of the scheduled delivery date.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Teacher Secondary educational resources in Kenya Nairobi and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
