Delivery is to be made to the institution's main campus at 12, Boulevard Mohammed V, Casablanca, Morocco, between 08:00 and 17:00 on business days.Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Collège International Al-Andalus, Casablanca, Morocco, and ÉduTech Maroc SARL for the supply of goods and services as detailed above.
- All items are designated for the Teacher Secondary division and must meet the quality standards established by the Moroccan national education authority for secondary-level institutions.
- Delivery of all goods shall be completed no later than 30 August 2025 at the institution's premises in Casablanca, Morocco. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation in Casablanca.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic equipment and a one-year warranty on furniture and consumables. Warranty service must be available within the Casablanca metropolitan area.
- All goods must be free of defects. Any defective items identified within the first thirty (30) days of delivery shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- The supplier acknowledges that all materials are intended for use by Teacher Secondary faculty in delivering instruction to students in the Moroccan secondary education system and shall comply with all applicable Moroccan educational regulations.
- Installation and initial training for the Teacher Secondary staff on all software and hardware systems shall be conducted on-site in Casablanca at no additional cost to the institution.
