Note: All items listed in this Purchase Order are specifically procured to support the Teacher Secondary programme operating within the New Zealand Auckland region. The Teacher Secondary curriculum framework referenced herein aligns with the New Zealand Curriculum (NZC) and NCEA standards as administered by the Auckland Regional Education Board. Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the Auckland Secondary Education Procurement Office at the address stated above, or to the designated school site within Auckland as directed by the Teacher Secondary coordinator.

Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the supplier's account. The supplier must provide a valid New Zealand GST invoice in accordance with Inland Revenue Department (IRD) requirements for New Zealand Auckland-registered businesses.
Delivery: All goods must be delivered to the specified Auckland address no later than 05 July 2025. Late delivery beyond 5 business days entitles the Auckland Secondary Education Procurement Office to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
Quality Assurance: All educational materials must be approved for use in the Teacher Secondary programme and must conform to New Zealand educational standards. The Teacher Secondary curriculum coordinator reserves the right to inspect and reject any items that do not meet the specified requirements for the New Zealand Auckland secondary education context.
