All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Lagos State College of Education, Ojota, Lagos, Nigeria, and the Federal University of Technology, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria, no later than 30 September 2025, to ensure readiness for the commencement of the 2025/2026 Teacher Secondary training cycle. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with transportation, insurance, and installation within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area. Installation of all electronic and audio-visual equipment must be completed and certified by the supplier's technical team within five (5) working days of delivery. The supplier shall provide a comprehensive installation report to the Teacher Secondary Development Division for verification and acceptance.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: (a) Thirty percent (30%) advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order and submission of a valid Performance Bond; (b) Fifty percent (50%) upon successful delivery and installation of all goods at the designated Teacher Secondary training venues in Nigeria Lagos; and (c) Twenty percent (20%) upon final acceptance, completion of a 90-day warranty period, and submission of all required documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The supplier shall issue a valid Tax Invoice for each payment tranche in compliance with the Nigeria Revenue Service requirements applicable to Lagos State transactions.
All goods procured under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary program must meet the quality standards prescribed by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and the Lagos State Ministry of Education. Electronic equipment shall carry a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation. Printed materials must be produced on a minimum of 120 GSM paper stock with full-colour printing. The supplier warrants that all Teacher Secondary curriculum materials are aligned with the Nigerian National Curriculum for Secondary Education (2014 Revised Edition) and the Lagos State-specific curriculum supplements. Any goods found to be defective or non-conforming upon inspection shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fourteen (14) calendar days.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The supplier confirms that it is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria and holds a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the current fiscal year. All procurement activities under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Lagos State Public Procurement Law (2020), the Federal Government of Nigeria Public Procurement Regulations (2020), and the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) guidelines. The supplier further confirms that no part of the goods or services procured under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary program in Nigeria Lagos shall be sourced through any channel that violates Nigerian import, export, or trade regulations.
