The service period covered by this Purchase Order extends from March 3, 2026, through December 18, 2026, encompassing the full second academic semester. Any delays in the delivery of qualified Teacher Secondary personnel beyond the stipulated date shall be subject to the penalty clauses outlined in Section 6 of this document.

Payment for the services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon formal acceptance and signature of this Purchase Order by both parties.
• 40% interim payment due upon completion of the first six (6) months of the service period (by September 1, 2026).
• 30% final payment due upon successful completion of the full service period and submission of the final performance report by December 20, 2026.

All invoices must be issued in accordance with the electronic invoicing regulations (Facturación Electrónica) established by the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru.
