- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Doha municipal commercial regulations. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Qatar Doha.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Teacher Secondary candidate meets all qualification requirements set forth by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Qatar, including a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject, a valid teaching licence, and a minimum of three (3) years of secondary-level teaching experience.
- All services and goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated secondary school campus in Qatar Doha no later than the dates indicated in the line items table above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the affected line item value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the Teacher Secondary's onboarding and orientation in Qatar Doha, and the remaining 20% upon successful completion of the first academic term. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Qatar Doha.
- The Teacher Secondary shall be subject to the standard employment contract terms of the Doha Secondary Education Authority, including a one-year probationary period, code of conduct, and non-compete clauses as per Qatar Doha labour law.
- The Supplier warrants that all technology equipment listed in Line Item 4 shall carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty and shall be installed and calibrated by certified technicians in the Qatar Doha school facility.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties. Any modification to the scope of the Teacher Secondary engagement must be documented in a formal amendment to this Purchase Order and countersigned by authorized representatives of both the Buyer and the Supplier.
- The Supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the personal data of the Teacher Secondary in compliance with Qatar's data protection regulations applicable in Qatar Doha.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all obligations or until 15 July 2025, whichever is earlier.
