All physical goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the premises of No. 214 Secondary School, 88 Pushkin Street, Tverskoy District, Russia Moscow 125047, no later than 01 September 2025. The Teacher Secondary shall report for duty on the same date and shall complete a mandatory orientation program administered by the Moscow City Department of Secondary Education within the first five (5) working days. All deliveries within Russia Moscow shall be coordinated through the supplier's local logistics division, and all goods must comply with Russian Federation customs and import regulations where applicable. The supplier shall provide a detailed delivery schedule to the Buyer's procurement office at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the required delivery date.
5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable regulations of the Moscow City Government regarding public procurement in the education sector.
5.2 The Teacher Secondary engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid state accreditation certificate issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of secondary school teaching experience.
5.3 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Russian Rubles (RUB) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
5.4 The supplier warrants that all educational materials, equipment, and digital licenses delivered under this Purchase Order are free from defects, fully licensed, and compliant with the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" (No. 273-FZ, dated 29 December 2012).
5.5 The Buyer reserves the right to inspect and audit all deliverables associated with the Teacher Secondary engagement at any time during the contract period. Failure to meet the quality standards established by the Moscow City Department of Secondary Education shall result in a formal notice of non-compliance and, if unresolved within fifteen (15) days, termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
5.6 All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order, including the Teacher Secondary's employment records and student information, shall be handled in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the data protection regulations of Russia Moscow.
5.7 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia Moscow.
This Purchase Order is valid upon execution by both parties. The Teacher Secondary engagement and all associated procurements described herein shall commence on 01 September 2025 and shall remain in effect through 31 August 2026, subject to the terms outlined in this document.
