- All Teacher Secondary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Ijazah (teaching license) issued by the Saudi Ministry of Education and must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in their respective subject area. Master's degree holders will receive the premium rate as specified in the line items above.
- The vendor, Al-Nour Educational Staffing Solutions Co., Ltd., is responsible for the complete onboarding process of all Teacher Secondary staff, including but not limited to: work visa procurement, Iqama (residence permit) issuance, medical examination, housing arrangement in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia area, and initial orientation to the Saudi educational system and cultural norms.
- Payment shall be processed in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Saudi Arabia. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- The vendor guarantees a minimum 95% attendance rate for all deployed Teacher Secondary staff. In the event of a teacher's absence exceeding three consecutive days without approved leave, the vendor shall provide a qualified replacement within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the purchasing authority.
- All Teacher Secondary personnel shall be subject to the Saudi Ministry of Education's code of conduct, performance evaluation criteria, and professional development requirements. The vendor shall facilitate all mandatory training sessions and workshops as outlined in Item 09 of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) if both parties agree in writing.
- The purchasing authority reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the vendor, failure to meet staffing requirements, or non-compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education regulations.
- All data related to Teacher Secondary personnel, including personal information, academic records, and performance evaluations, shall be handled in strict accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and stored on servers located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The vendor shall maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all Teacher Secondary staff, including medical, accident, and liability insurance, for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is valid for the academic year 1447H (September 2025 – June 2026) and may be renewed for subsequent academic years subject to mutual written agreement and budgetary approval from the Regional Education Directorate, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
