All services and materials referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered and made operational no later than 1 September 2025, coinciding with the commencement of the academic year in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Teacher Secondary recruitment and onboarding process must be completed by 15 August 2025 to allow adequate orientation time. Training workshops shall be conducted at the Riyadh Education Training Center, Al Malqa District, and at designated secondary school campuses across the city. Digital platform licenses must be activated and accessible to all Teacher Secondary personnel by 25 August 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia (IBAN to be confirmed in writing).
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of recruitment and onboarding of all Teacher Secondary positions; 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off of all deliverables by the Riyadh Regional Education Director.
- Payment Window: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice and verified delivery confirmation.
- Currency: All amounts are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR). No foreign currency payments shall be processed.
