Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Education, Teacher Secondary Division, Singapore Singapore, and constitutes a binding procurement agreement upon acceptance by the supplier. All goods and services referenced herein are intended exclusively for the professional development and operational support of Teacher Secondary personnel across all secondary educational institutions within Singapore Singapore.
2. The supplier, EduTech Solutions Pte Ltd, shall deliver all physical items to the designated Teacher Secondary Training Centre warehouse located in Singapore Singapore no later than 30 July 2025. Digital licenses and software deliverables shall be activated and made accessible to the Teacher Secondary user base within five (5) business days of the Purchase Order acceptance date.
3. All items must comply with the Singapore Standards (SS) and the relevant regulatory frameworks established by the Singapore Singapore government for educational procurement. The supplier warrants that all hardware components are new, unused, and free from defects for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of installation.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, provided that all Teacher Secondary deliverables have been inspected and accepted by the Procurement Officer. Payment will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account in Singapore Singapore.
5. The supplier shall provide on-site installation, configuration, and a minimum of two (2) full days of hands-on training for the Teacher Secondary faculty members who will operate the procured equipment. Training sessions shall be conducted at the Teacher Secondary Training Centre in Singapore Singapore.
6. Any changes to the scope, quantity, or specifications of this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the undersigned Procurement Officer before implementation. Unauthorized modifications to the Teacher Secondary procurement scope will not be honored.
7. In the event of non-delivery or defective goods, the supplier shall replace or repair the affected Teacher Secondary items within ten (10) business days at no additional cost. Repeated failures (three or more occurrences) shall entitle the Ministry to terminate this Purchase Order and seek alternative suppliers within Singapore Singapore.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore before proceeding to litigation in the competent courts of Singapore Singapore.
9. The supplier acknowledges that all data, curriculum materials, and proprietary Teacher Secondary content accessed through the procured software platforms remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Ministry of Education, Singapore Singapore, and shall not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose outside the scope of this Purchase Order.
