TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order is issued by the Colombo District Secondary Education Board to procure educational infrastructure, equipment, and professional development resources specifically designated for the Teacher Secondary program operating across all government and aided secondary schools in Sri Lanka Colombo. All items listed above are intended to support the professional growth, instructional quality, and working conditions of Teacher Secondary personnel.

2. Delivery Schedule: The supplier shall deliver all items to the designated Teacher Secondary training centers and secondary school campuses within Sri Lanka Colombo within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Phased delivery is permitted with prior written approval from the Buyer's procurement officer. Delivery addresses will be confirmed in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to each delivery phase.

3. Quality Standards: All goods supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) specifications and meet the minimum quality benchmarks established by the Ministry of Education for Teacher Secondary educational facilities. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects.

4. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items under this Purchase Order. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Sri Lanka Colombo. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that fail inspection or do not conform to the specifications outlined in this document.

5. Warranty and After-Sales Support: The supplier shall provide a minimum warranty period of two (2) years on all electronic equipment and five (5) years on structural furniture items. Warranty claims related to Teacher Secondary equipment must be submitted in writing to the supplier's Sri Lanka Colombo service center. The supplier shall respond to all warranty requests within five (5) business days.

6. Cancellation and Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled only by mutual written agreement between both parties. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, the supplier shall be compensated for materials already procured and work already completed, as documented in writing. The supplier may not assign or subcontract any portion of this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Colombo District Secondary Education Board.

7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

8. Compliance: The supplier confirms that all items supplied under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary program in Sri Lanka Colombo are sourced legally, are free from any encumbrances, and comply with all applicable Sri Lankan import, tax, and labor regulations.
