Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Khartoum Secondary Education Authority for the procurement of goods and services in support of the Teacher Secondary program. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan and the Khartoum State procurement regulations.
- The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the designated Teacher Secondary facilities in Khartoum, Sudan, no later than 15 August 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at Bank of Khartoum, Al-Murra Branch, within 45 days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of all Teacher Secondary program items.
- All equipment and materials procured under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary program shall carry a minimum warranty period of two (2) years from the date of delivery in Khartoum. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support for all technological items.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and of the highest quality suitable for Teacher Secondary educational use in the climate conditions of Khartoum, Sudan. Any defective items shall be replaced at the supplier's expense within 14 business days.
- Intellectual property rights for all educational content, software, and materials procured under this Purchase Order shall be licensed for unlimited use by Teacher Secondary staff across all public secondary schools in Khartoum, Sudan.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the Khartoum Secondary Education Authority and the supplier. Any changes to scope, quantity, or delivery schedule for Teacher Secondary items must be approved in writing by the Director of Secondary Education, Khartoum.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable labor laws, environmental regulations, and import/export requirements of the Republic of Sudan in the fulfillment of this Purchase Order.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act. The language of arbitration shall be Arabic, with English translations provided for all Teacher Secondary program documentation.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations, including warranty periods for Teacher Secondary equipment, have been fully satisfied.
