- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the supplier within seven (7) calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Delivery Location: All physical goods procured under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary programme shall be delivered to the Dar es Salaam Regional Education Office warehouse located at 12 Samora Avenue, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, or to individual secondary schools as directed by the Regional Education Officer.
- Quality Standards: All materials and services must comply with the Tanzanian National Curriculum for secondary education as prescribed by the National Examinations Council (NEC) and the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE). The Teacher Secondary content must be appropriate for the Dar es Salaam educational context and aligned with the 2025/2026 academic year requirements.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) tranches: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery and inspection of all goods, and 20% upon successful completion of all services including the Teacher Secondary workshop series and mentorship programme.
- Warranty and Support: The supplier shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all digital devices and a six (6) month warranty on all printed materials. Technical support for the Teacher Secondary e-learning modules shall be available throughout the academic year.
- Compliance: The supplier must comply with all applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, including the Public Procurement Act, the Education and Training Act, and all regulations governing the employment and professional development of Teacher Secondary personnel in Dar es Salaam.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Tanzania. The courts of Dar es Salaam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
