All goods specified in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the designated Ankara Provincial Directorate warehouse located at Kızılay Mahallesi, Atatürk Bulvarı No. 12, Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey, no later than 30 August 2025. The supplier, EduTech Ankara Ltd., is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the Ankara metropolitan area. Digital whiteboards, laboratory equipment, and classroom furniture must be installed and tested at each of the 85 secondary schools in Ankara prior to the commencement of the 2025–2026 academic year. The Teacher Secondary program coordinator assigned to each school district in Ankara will conduct a final acceptance inspection within five (5) business days of installation completion.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 4734) as applicable to educational institutions in Ankara.
- Payment shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of invoice acceptance, provided all Teacher Secondary program deliverables have been verified and accepted by the Ankara Provincial Directorate.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Secondary materials, equipment, and software are new, free from defects, and fully compliant with the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) regulations and the Ministry of National Education's Teacher Secondary quality framework.
- A warranty period of no less than three (3) years applies to all hardware items (whiteboards, furniture, laboratory equipment) and twelve (12) months for software licenses, commencing from the date of final acceptance in Ankara.
- Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated date of 30 August 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.05% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10% of the total value.
- The supplier shall provide a dedicated after-sales support team based in Ankara, Turkey, available Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, for the duration of the warranty period.
- All intellectual property rights associated with the Teacher Secondary LMS platform and assessment software remain with the supplier; however, the Ankara Provincial Directorate is granted a perpetual, non-transferable license for use within all public secondary schools in Ankara.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Ankara Regional Courts in accordance with Turkish civil and commercial law.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations, including warranty periods, have been fully discharged.
