5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order relating to Teacher Secondary services in Manchester shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
5.2 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via BACS transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in the United Kingdom. Late payment shall attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5.3 The supplier warrants that all Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this Purchase Order shall hold valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be enrolled in a recognised Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme. The supplier shall provide evidence of QTS, DBS clearance, and right-to-work verification prior to commencement of duties.
5.4 The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 for all Teacher Secondary services rendered within the Manchester area, United Kingdom.
5.5 Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with 28 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the supplier shall be compensated for all Teacher Secondary recruitment activities already completed and irrevocable costs incurred.
5.6 Data Protection: All personal data processed under this Purchase Order for Teacher Secondary staff shall comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.
