All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated Teacher Secondary school facilities located throughout Miami, United States, within the Miami-Dade County boundaries. Primary delivery addresses include the Miami Senior High School campus at 2200 SW 27th Avenue, Miami, FL 33145, and the Biscayne Bay Secondary Academy at 1500 NE 1st Avenue, Miami, FL 33132. The vendor shall coordinate delivery schedules with the Teacher Secondary department heads to ensure minimal disruption to the academic calendar. Installation of all technology equipment, including smartboards and laboratory apparatus, must be completed no later than August 15, 2025, to allow Teacher Secondary instructors adequate preparation time before the fall semester commences in Miami, United States.
5. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated bank account. The payment schedule is as follows: (a) 30% deposit due upon execution of this Purchase Order; (b) 50% due upon confirmed delivery and acceptance of all Teacher Secondary materials at the Miami, United States delivery sites; and (c) the remaining 20% due within thirty (30) calendar days following final installation, quality inspection, and written sign-off by the Teacher Secondary Program Coordinator. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Florida state procurement regulations.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Miami-Dade County Public Schools and the named vendor for the supply of goods and services supporting the Teacher Secondary educational program in Miami, United States.
