- Scope: This Purchase Order is issued exclusively for the procurement of goods and services supporting the Teacher Secondary program within the United States New York City public education system. All items must comply with New York State Education Department (NYSED) standards and New York City Department of Education procurement regulations.
- Delivery: All physical goods shall be delivered to the specified locations within the United States New York City metropolitan area within thirty (30) calendar days of the Purchase Order issue date. Delivery must be completed no later than July 12, 2025. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, handling, and installation within NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island).
- Payment Terms: Net 45 days from the date of verified receipt and acceptance of all goods and services. Payment shall be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated account. Invoices must reference Purchase Order No. PO-NYC-SEC-2025-04872. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law.

- Acceptance: The buyer reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods within five (5) business days of delivery.
