  1. Payment Terms: Payment for all Teacher Secondary services and associated materials shall be processed on a monthly basis, net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account designated by the supplier. The total value of this Purchase Order is $4,592,050.00 USD, subject to applicable California state and federal tax deductions.
  2. Performance Location: All Teacher Secondary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform their duties at designated secondary school campuses within United States San Francisco. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that all assigned Teacher Secondary staff report to their assigned locations in compliance with the San Francisco Unified School District calendar.
  3. Compliance and Credentialing: Every Teacher Secondary professional placed under this agreement must maintain an active California teaching credential throughout the duration of the contract. The supplier shall provide proof of credentialing, background clearance (FBI and California DOJ), and immunization records prior to the first day of instruction. Failure to maintain compliance shall result in immediate termination of the affected Teacher Secondary placement and a pro-rated refund to the district.
  4.
