- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Zimbabwe, and the named supplier. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe and the Public Procurement Act (Chapter 22:24).
- All goods procured under this Purchase Order must be delivered to the specified locations within Zimbabwe Harare no later than 30 July 2025. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per calendar day of delay.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Secondary curriculum materials, textbooks, and educational resources are authentic, up-to-date, and fully aligned with the Zimbabwe National Curriculum and ZNEC examination standards for the 2025 academic year.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and quality inspection by the Teacher Secondary Quality Assurance Team based in Harare.
- The supplier shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all electronic equipment, including interactive whiteboards and digital learning tablets, with on-site repair service available throughout Zimbabwe Harare.
- All printed materials must be produced in both English and Shona to support the bilingual Teacher Secondary instruction model adopted by the Ministry for secondary schools in Harare.
- The supplier is required to submit a detailed delivery schedule with this Purchase Order acceptance, specifying the sequence and dates for delivery to each secondary school location within the Harare metropolitan area.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Zimbabwe Mediation and Arbitration Act.
- The supplier must comply with all environmental and safety regulations of Zimbabwe when manufacturing, packaging, and transporting the goods specified in this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without prior written consent from the Procurement Officer, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Harare.
All deliveries under this Purchase Order shall be made to the designated secondary schools and distribution hubs within Zimbabwe Harare. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and signed for by the authorised representative of the Ministry at each delivery point. Delivery to remote secondary schools in the Harare periphery (including areas such as Chitungwiza, Epworth, and Chitungwiza South) must be included in the supplier's logistics plan. The Teacher Secondary programme coordinator in Harare will coordinate the final distribution to individual schools.
