4. Terms and Conditions- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, including the Algerian Public Procurement Code (Law 23-12) and applicable telecommunications regulations issued by the ARPT (Algerian Regulatory Authority for Postal and Telecommunications).
- Qualification Requirement: The assigned Telecommunication Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent, possess valid professional certification recognized in Algeria, and demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network design and deployment. The Telecommunication Engineer must be legally authorized to practice engineering services within Algeria Algiers.
- Delivery and Performance: All deliverables under this Purchase Order must be completed within the Algiers metropolitan area, Algeria.
