The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of documented professional experience in telecommunications network architecture, fiber-optic cabling systems, VoIP deployment, 5G/LTE base station integration, and enterprise-grade WAN/LAN configuration. The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a valid professional license issued by the Argentine Ministry of Education and be registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. All work shall comply with the technical standards established by the Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENAC) of Argentina and the applicable regulations of the city of Buenos Aires.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation and the applicable telecommunications regulations of Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Argentina Buenos Aires.

3. 4.
