The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications: a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in telecommunications network engineering; a recognized university degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an institution accredited in Argentina; valid professional registration with the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Córdoba; demonstrated expertise in ITU-T, ETSI, and IEEE standards; and proven experience with fiber-optic splicing, DWDM systems, and 5G radio access network planning. The Telecommunication Engineer must also hold a valid driver's license (Class B) for field operations across the Argentina Córdoba region.

• 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Argentine national telecommunications regulations and the specific ordinances of the Province of Córdoba.
• 4.2 The Telecommunication Engineer shall adhere to all occupational health and safety standards established by the Ministry of Labor of Argentina and the local municipal regulations of Córdoba city. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all field sites.
• 4.3 The Vendor shall provide a detailed project schedule within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order. Milestone deliverables for the Argentina Córdoba deployment are as follows: Network Design (Week 1–3), Fiber Deployment (Week 4–10), Wireless Configuration (Week 11–14), Testing & Commissioning (Week 15–16).
• 4.4 Payment shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the account specified by the Vendor. Invoices must be issued in accordance with Argentine tax law (Ley de Facturación) and include the CUIT, IVA breakdown, and reference to this Purchase Order number.
• 4.5 The Vendor warrants that all work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer shall be free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered during this warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
• 4.6 The Vendor shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000, naming the Buyer as an additional insured party.
• 4.7 All intellectual property, network designs, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Andes Telecom Infrastructure S.A. upon full payment.
• 4.8 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Córdoba, Argentina. Mediation through the Cámara de Comercio de Córdoba shall be attempted before any litigation is initiated.
• 4.9 The Vendor shall not subcontract any portion of the Telecommunication Engineer services without prior written consent from the Buyer's Procurement Department.
• 4.10 This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are expressly void.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer for the Argentina Córdoba infrastructure project.
