The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a valid Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) licence, be registered with Engineers Australia, and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects within the Australia Brisbane region. All work shall comply with the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (Cth), and all applicable Queensland state regulations governing telecommunications works in the Australia Brisbane area.

• Payment shall be made in accordance with the milestone schedule set out in Schedule A of the associated Service Agreement. No payment is due prior to written acceptance of each milestone by the Acme Telecommunications Solutions Project Manager.
• All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (ATSL-2025-00487) and be submitted to [email protected] no later than the 28th of the month in which the milestone was completed.
• Payment terms are Net 30 days from receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Interest on Late Payments of Tax Debts Act 1983 (Cth).
• All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of all travel, accommodation, and local transport costs within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area.

• This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
• The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain, at their own cost, a minimum of $20,000,000 in public liability insurance and $10,000,000 in professional indemnity insurance, with Acme Telecommunications Solutions Pty Ltd named as an additional insured party.
• All works shall be performed in strict compliance with the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), ACMA licensing requirements, the Queensland Building Act 1975, and all applicable local council regulations within the City of Brisbane, City of Moreton Bay, and City of Logan local government areas.
• The Telecommunication Engineer warrants that all personnel assigned to this Purchase Order shall hold current White Cards, relevant telecommunications trade qualifications, and valid Australian working rights.
• Any variation to the scope of work must be approved in writing via a formal Variation Order prior to commencement. No verbal instructions shall constitute a valid variation to this Purchase Order.
• The Telecommunication Engineer shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all installed telecommunications infrastructure, commencing from the date of final commissioning and ACMA compliance sign-off in the Australia Brisbane region.
• Acme Telecommunications Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice in the event of material breach, insolvency, or failure to meet critical project milestones.
• All intellectual property, design documentation, as-built drawings, and network configuration data produced under this Purchase Order shall vest in Acme Telecommunications Solutions Pty Ltd upon full payment.

All works under this Purchase Order shall be executed at the designated project sites within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area as detailed in the attached site schedule. The Telecommunication Engineer shall coordinate all site access, traffic management, and utility coordination with the City of Brisbane, TransLink, and relevant utility providers. A minimum of five (5) business days' written notice must be provided to Acme Telecommunications Solutions prior to any site mobilisation.

This Purchase Order is issued and authorised by the undersigned on behalf of Acme Telecommunications Solutions Pty Ltd. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by the Telecommunication Engineer constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, pricing, and obligations set forth herein.
