This Purchase Order is issued by Southern Cross Network Infrastructure Pty Ltd to Meridian Telecom Solutions Group for the provision of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to deliver specialised telecommunications infrastructure design, deployment, and commissioning services within the Australia Melbourne metropolitan area. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fibre-optic network upgrades, 5G small-cell installations, and legacy copper-to-fibre migration works across designated sites in Melbourne's central business district, Docklands, and Southbank precincts.
The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronic Engineering, be registered with Engineers Australia, and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in telecommunications network design and deployment within the Australia Melbourne region. The engineer must also hold a valid White Card and be familiar with all applicable Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulations and Victorian building and telecommunications codes.

3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) procedures.
3.2 The Telecommunication Engineer(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), and all ACMA licensing requirements applicable to telecommunications works in Australia Melbourne.
3.3 The Supplier warrants that the Telecommunication Engineer personnel assigned to this Purchase Order shall be suitably qualified, insured (public liability of no less than AUD 20,000,000), and shall not be engaged in any conflicting obligations that would impede the timely delivery of services in the Australia Melbourne project area.
3.4 All deliverables, including network design documentation, as-built drawings, test reports, and commissioning certificates, shall be submitted in electronic format (PDF and native CAD) to the Purchasing Entity's project management office in Melbourne within five (5) business days of completion of each work package.
3.5 The Purchasing Entity reserves the right to vary the scope of this Purchase Order by written amendment. Any variation affecting the Telecommunication Engineer resource allocation or project timeline in Australia Melbourne must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
3.6 Late delivery of services beyond the completion date specified in this Purchase Order shall attract liquidated damages of AUD 2,500 per calendar day, up to a maximum of 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
Note: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon signature by both parties. The Telecommunication Engineer engagement shall commence no earlier than the date specified above. All works are to be conducted within the Australia Melbourne metropolitan area unless otherwise authorised in writing by the Purchasing Entity.
