The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of fiber-optic backbone networks, 5G small-cell deployments, and microwave link installations across multiple districts of Egypt Cairo, including Nasr City, Maadi, Heliopolis, and the New Administrative Capital corridor.

The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronic Engineering from an accredited Egyptian university, possess at least eight (8) years of progressive experience in network infrastructure projects within Egypt Cairo, and maintain valid professional licensure issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. The engineer shall also demonstrate proficiency in ITU-T standards, 3GPP specifications, and compliance with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Civil Code and applicable telecommunications regulations issued by the NTRA.
  2. Commencement: The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence all duties within five (5) business days of the formal acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties. All work shall be performed within the administrative boundaries of Egypt Cairo unless otherwise specified in writing.
  3. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 30% upon commencement, 40% upon completion of Items 1 through 3, and 30% upon final acceptance and NTRA certification. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  4. Quality Assurance: The Telecommunication Engineer shall ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed the technical specifications outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order. Any non-conforming work shall be rectified at the supplier's sole cost within ten (10) business days.
  5. Intellectual Property: All design documents, engineering drawings, and technical reports produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Nile Delta Telecommunications Infrastructure Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
  6. Confidentiality: The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all network architectures, customer data, and proprietary information encountered during the execution of this Purchase Order in Egypt Cairo. This obligation shall survive for a period of three (3) years following project completion.
  7. Insurance and Liability: The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be fully liable for any damage to existing infrastructure in Egypt Cairo caused by negligence during the execution of assigned tasks.
  8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Telecommunication Engineer shall be compensated for all work satisfactorily completed up to the date of termination, as verified by the buyer's project manager in Egypt Cairo.
  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Egypt Cairo or to arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, at the buyer's discretion.
  10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Egypt Cairo, or acts of war, provided that written notice is given within forty-eight (48) hours of the occurrence.
ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer to perform the described services within Egypt Cairo. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
