This Purchase Order is issued by Telecom Solutions GmbH to procure the professional services of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer for deployment at our primary operations facility located in Germany Frankfurt. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the telecommunications infrastructure supporting our enterprise network across the Frankfurt metropolitan area. The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence all on-site activities at the designated facility in Germany Frankfurt no later than 1 July 2025. All deliverables, including network design documentation, test reports, and compliance certificates, must be submitted to the procurement department of Telecom Solutions GmbH within the timelines specified in the attached Statement of Work. The Telecommunication Engineer is expected to work a standard 40-hour week (Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET) at the Germany Frankfurt premises unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel and accommodation within the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area are included in the unit prices listed above.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Telecom Solutions GmbH (Buyer) and Frankfurt Network Engineering Services GmbH (Supplier) upon written acceptance by both parties.
- The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this contract must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in telecommunications infrastructure and possess valid certifications including but not limited to CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent EU-recognized credentials.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order in Germany Frankfurt shall comply with applicable German telecommunications law, including the Telekommunikationsgesetz (TKG) and all directives issued by the Bundesnetzagentur.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-FRA-00472) and the applicable line item.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 for all services rendered by the Telecommunication Engineer in Germany Frankfurt.
- Confidentiality: All network schematics, client data, and proprietary information encountered by the Telecommunication Engineer during the course of this engagement in Germany Frankfurt shall be treated as strictly confidential and subject to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) referenced in Appendix A.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered by the Telecommunication Engineer up to the effective date of termination.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany Frankfurt.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in Germany Frankfurt.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer at the Germany Frankfurt facility. This document, once executed, serves as the sole governing instrument for the procurement of telecommunications engineering services described herein.
