4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively at the designated project site in Germany Munich, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

4.2 The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this contract must submit a detailed project plan within five (5) business days of the commencement date. The plan shall include milestones, resource allocation, risk assessments, and a communication protocol for reporting progress to the Buyer's project management team in Munich.

4.3 Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account specified by the Supplier. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 8% per annum in accordance with German commercial law (HGB § 288).

4.4 The Supplier guarantees that the Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all applicable German telecommunications regulations, including those issued by the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency), as well as all data protection requirements under the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

4.5 The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. 4.7 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
