Scope of Purchase – Telecommunication Engineer ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by InfraLink Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified and experienced Telecommunication Engineer to provide specialized technical services for the design, deployment, testing, and maintenance of fiber-optic and wireless network infrastructure across the India Mumbai metropolitan region. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), and all applicable municipal regulations governing the India Mumbai jurisdiction.

- Commencement and Duration: The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence all services within seven (7) calendar days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The total engagement period shall be twelve (12) months from the date of commencement, with the primary work area being the India Mumbai metropolitan and suburban regions.
- Qualification Requirements: The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution in India. A valid license from the Wireless Planning & Coordination (WPC) cell for operating in the India Mumbai frequency bands is mandatory.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful completion of all deployment milestones in India Mumbai, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation. All payments shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the vendor's designated bank account in Mumbai, India.
- Performance Standards: The Telecommunication Engineer shall ensure that all network infrastructure deployed in India Mumbai meets or exceeds the 99.9% uptime SLA. Signal strength, latency, and throughput benchmarks shall be validated using TRAI-prescribed testing protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer in India Mumbai shall strictly adhere to the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, the Information Technology Act, 2000, TRAI regulations, and the local by-laws of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Any non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
- Intellectual Property: All network designs, RF plans, test reports, and engineering documentation produced by the Telecommunication Engineer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of InfraLink Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd. upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: The vendor and the assigned Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding network topology, customer data, and proprietary infrastructure details specific to India Mumbai operations. A breach of this clause shall attract a penalty of INR 50,00,000.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Telecommunication Engineer shall hand over all in-progress work, tools, and documentation related to India Mumbai projects within fourteen (14) days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India Mumbai.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
