- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between PT Nusantara Telecommunications Infrastructure Solutions and PT Global Telecom Engineering Services for the provision of Telecommunication Engineer services exclusively within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan region.
- All Telecommunication Engineer personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold valid professional certifications recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) and must possess a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- The commencement date for all Telecommunication Engineer deployment in Indonesia Jakarta shall be 1 July 2025, with a projected completion date of 30 September 2025, subject to weather conditions and municipal permitting in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The vendor shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), testing instruments, and specialized tools required for Telecommunication Engineer operations. The buyer shall provide access to designated work sites across Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment shall be processed in three (3) milestones: 30% upon mobilization of Telecommunication Engineers to Indonesia Jakarta, 50% upon completion of installation and splicing works, and 20% upon final commissioning and acceptance sign-off.
- All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer team must comply with Indonesian national standards (SNI), ITU-T recommendations, and local regulations of the Indonesia Jakarta municipal government, including permits for underground cable laying and tower installations.
- The vendor is responsible for all occupational health and safety (K3) compliance for Telecommunication Engineers working in Indonesia Jakarta, including but not limited to working-at-height certifications, confined-space entry training, and electrical safety protocols.
- Any change in scope, additional Telecommunication Engineer headcount, or extension of the project timeline in Indonesia Jakarta must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties prior to execution.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The vendor warrants that all Telecommunication Engineer personnel are legally employed, properly insured, and authorized to perform telecommunications work in Indonesia Jakarta. Any violation of labor or immigration regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
