This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage the services of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to be deployed and operational in Israel Jerusalem. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all telecommunications infrastructure serving the Jerusalem metropolitan area, including but not limited to fiber-optic backbone networks, 5G cellular base stations, satellite uplink facilities, and legacy copper-line migration projects.
The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications, possess at least seven (7) years of progressive professional experience in network architecture and signal systems, and maintain current certifications from recognized bodies such as the IEEE, ETSI, or the Israeli Standards Institute (SII). The engineer shall be physically present in Israel Jerusalem for no fewer than five (5) working days per week, reporting to the JNIA Jerusalem Operations Center located in the city's central business district.

- Commencement: The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence duties in Israel Jerusalem no later than 1 July 2025. Any delay beyond this date shall incur a penalty of ILS 2,000 per calendar day, deducted from the total Purchase Order value.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. The first installment is due upon successful onboarding and site access clearance in Israel Jerusalem.
- Compliance: The Telecommunication Engineer must comply with all regulations set forth by the Israeli Communications Authority (ICA), the Ministry of National Infrastructure, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing telecommunications works within the city of Jerusalem.
- Confidentiality: All network schematics, customer data, and infrastructure plans pertaining to the Israel Jerusalem operations shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Telecommunication Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any JNIA systems.
- Insurance: The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, specifically covering operations conducted in Israel Jerusalem.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the Telecommunication Engineer, JNIA reserves the right to terminate immediately upon written notice.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or security-related restrictions affecting operations in Israel Jerusalem.
