• Designing and documenting network topologies compliant with the Israel Communications Regulatory Authority (ICRA) technical standards and the local Tel Aviv municipal zoning regulations.
• Supervising the physical installation of fiber-optic cables, microwave backhaul links, and antenna arrays at designated locations throughout Israel Tel Aviv.
• Performing end-to-end signal-integrity testing, throughput validation, and latency benchmarking on all commissioned segments.
• Providing a minimum of 120 hours of on-site technical support and troubleshooting during the first six months following project commissioning.
• Delivering a complete as-built documentation package, including schematics, test reports, and maintenance schedules, within 30 days of project completion.

Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the physical installation phase, and 20% upon final acceptance of the as-built documentation. • This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this order must hold a valid Israeli professional engineering license (Bakaalut in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering) and a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in carrier-grade network deployments.
• All work performed in Israel Tel Aviv shall comply with the Israel Communications Law, 5747-1987, ICRA technical regulations, and the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality building and zoning bylaws.
• The Service Provider shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
• Confidentiality: All network schematics, client data, and proprietary information encountered during the execution of this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Meridian Networks Israel Ltd.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Service Provider shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the termination date.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or civil unrest affecting the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.
