This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage the services of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to perform comprehensive design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of next-generation telecommunications infrastructure within the metropolitan area of Italy Milan. All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Italy Milan, Province of Milan, Lombardy Region. The Telecommunication Engineer shall report to the Buyer's project office located at Via Paolo Sarpi, 29, Milan, Italy, no later than 08:30 CET on each working day. Site access to all 12 district hubs and 8 installation sites in Italy Milan shall be granted by the Buyer upon presentation of valid identification and this Purchase Order reference number. The Telecommunication Engineer is required to comply with all local municipal regulations of the Comune di Milano regarding construction permits, noise restrictions, and public road usage during the execution of works in Italy Milan.
4. Terms and Conditions- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Telecommunication Engineer within ten (10) calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute a rejection of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Telecommunication Engineer. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-ITM-2025-04872) and the applicable Italy Milan project reference. Payment shall be executed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Telecommunication Engineer.
- Performance Bond: The Telecommunication Engineer shall provide a performance bond equivalent to 10% of the total Purchase Order value, to be issued by a bank licensed in Italy, prior to the commencement of works in Italy Milan.
- Insurance: The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order, valid throughout the territory of Italy Milan and the broader Lombardy region.
- Compliance: All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with Italian national standards (UNI/CEI), European Union telecommunications directives, and all applicable regulations of the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM).
