This Purchase Order is issued by Himalayan Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Global Telecom Solutions (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement and deployment of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to provide specialized technical services for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber-optic and wireless network infrastructure across the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan area. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) regulations and all applicable national standards governing telecommunications infrastructure in Nepal Kathmandu.

The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Nepal Kathmandu operational zone:

• Design and architectural planning of 4G/5G base station installations across 12 designated sites in Nepal Kathmandu, including Thamel, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and Kirtipur districts.
• Supervision of fiber-optic cable laying and splicing operations for a total of 45 kilometers of backbone network infrastructure in the Nepal Kathmandu region.
• Configuration, testing, and commissioning of microwave radio links, IP routers, and core switching equipment at the central data center located in New Baneshwor, Nepal Kathmandu.
• Conducting site surveys, link budget calculations, and interference analysis for all Telecommunication Engineer-assigned projects within Nepal Kathmandu.
• Preparation of as-built documentation, network topology diagrams, and compliance reports for submission to the Nepal Telecommunications Authority.
• Providing on-call technical support and troubleshooting for a period of 90 days following project completion in Nepal Kathmandu.

• Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. A 20% advance payment against this Purchase Order shall be disbursed upon contract signing. The remaining balance shall be paid in monthly installments based on milestone completion verified by the Buyer's project manager in Nepal Kathmandu.
• Commencement Date: The Telecommunication Engineer shall report for duty at the Buyer's project office in New Baneshwor, Nepal Kathmandu, no later than 1 July 2025.
• Qualification Requirements: The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering, possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in telecom infrastructure projects, and hold a valid NTA-recognized professional license. The Telecommunication Engineer must also demonstrate prior experience working on projects within Nepal Kathmandu or equivalent urban environments.
• Compliance: All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer under this Purchase Order must strictly adhere to Nepal Telecommunications Authority regulations, Nepal Standards and Metrology Department (NSMD) guidelines, and local municipal bylaws applicable to Nepal Kathmandu.
• Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the Telecommunication Engineer throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, with a minimum coverage of NPR 5,000,000.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered by the Telecommunication Engineer up to the termination date.
• Confidentiality: The Telecommunication Engineer shall treat all network designs, customer data, and proprietary information of the Buyer as strictly confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of 3 years.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu as per the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Nepal.
