This Purchase Order is issued to procure the professional services of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to be deployed and stationed in South Korea Seoul for the duration specified above. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the Buyer's 5G network infrastructure, fiber-optic backbone systems, and associated telecommunications equipment located throughout the Seoul metropolitan area.

The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a minimum of eight (8) years of documented professional experience in telecommunications network engineering, with at least three (3) years of direct experience working on 5G NR (New Radio) deployments and DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) systems. The engineer must possess a valid South Korea work permit or equivalent visa authorization permitting professional employment in South Korea Seoul for the full contract period.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the engagement of the Telecommunication Engineer in South Korea Seoul shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
2. Compliance: The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all applicable South Korean telecommunications regulations, including those issued by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the Korea Communications Commission (KCC). All work performed in South Korea Seoul must adhere to the Korean Telecommunications Business Act.
3. Confidentiality: The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all network architectures, customer data, and proprietary systems encountered during the engagement in South Korea Seoul. 6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure an orderly transition of all Telecommunication Engineer responsibilities and deliver all project documentation to the Buyer within 15 business days.
7. Intellectual Property: All designs, configurations, and technical documentation produced by the Telecommunication Engineer during the course of this Purchase Order while working in South Korea Seoul shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting South Korea Seoul, government-mandated shutdowns, or international sanctions.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer in South Korea Seoul. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the last signature and the issuance of the required South Korean work authorization for the Telecommunication Engineer.
