This Purchase Order is issued by Siamese Network Infrastructure Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Global Telecom Solutions Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the engagement of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to perform comprehensive network design, installation, testing, and maintenance services within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of fiber-optic backbone infrastructure, 5G small-cell installations, and legacy copper-line migration across a minimum of twelve (12) designated sites throughout Thailand Bangkok, including but not limited to the districts of Pathum Wan, Chatuchak, Bang Na, and Sathorn.
The scope of work under this Purchase Order encompasses the following deliverables provided by the Telecommunication Engineer:

The Telecommunication Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order shall commence work on 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables no later than 30 November 2025. All on-site activities must be conducted within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan region. The Supplier shall submit a detailed project Gantt chart within seven (7) business days of the execution of this Purchase Order, outlining milestones, resource allocation for the Telecommunication Engineer team, and anticipated completion dates for each of the twelve sites in Thailand Bangkok.
Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. The payment schedule is structured as follows: (a) 25% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order; (b) 40% upon completion of the first six (6) sites in Thailand Bangkok and successful interim inspection by the Buyer's project manager; (c) 25% upon completion of all twelve (12) sites and final commissioning; and (d) 10% retention released thirty (30) days after the warranty period expires without unresolved defects. All invoices must reference the Purchase Order number PO-THB-2025-04782 and shall be payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice.
The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, and must possess at least eight (8) years of progressive experience in fiber-optic and wireless network deployment. The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a valid Thai work permit and a recognized professional engineering license (PE) registered with the Council of Engineers of Thailand. All personnel working in Thailand Bangkok under this Purchase Order must comply with the Thai Occupational Safety and Health Act B.E. 2554 (2011) and all local municipal regulations governing telecommunications infrastructure in Thailand Bangkok.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with primary jurisdiction in the courts of Thailand Bangkok.
- The Supplier warrants that the Telecommunication Engineer and all supporting staff shall perform their duties with the highest degree of professional skill, care, and diligence consistent with industry standards for telecommunications infrastructure in Thailand Bangkok.
- Any modification, amendment, or change order to this Purchase Order must be executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid amendment.
- The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 20,000,000 for the duration of the project in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice if the Telecommunication Engineer fails to meet agreed-upon performance benchmarks or if the Supplier breaches any material term of this document.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and engineering drawings produced by the Telecommunication Engineer specifically for this project in Thailand Bangkok shall become the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment.
- Confidentiality obligations under this Purchase Order shall survive termination for a period of five (5) years.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Thailand Bangkok, shall excuse timely performance for the duration of the event, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer in Thailand Bangkok. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
