This Purchase Order is issued by Atlantic Communications Infrastructure Group, Inc. to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to perform comprehensive network design, installation, testing, and commissioning services at the buyer's primary data center and office facilities located in United States Miami. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of fiber-optic backbone infrastructure, wireless access point configuration, VoIP system integration, and redundant failover routing across all premises within the Doral Business District campus in United States Miami.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the vendor. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively by a licensed and certified Telecommunication Engineer holding valid FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) and BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) credentials.
The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations governing telecommunications infrastructure in United States Miami, including but not limited to Miami-Dade County building codes, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) standards, and FCC Part 68 equipment registration requirements.
All work shall be conducted at the buyer's premises located in United States Miami during standard business hours (08:00–17:00 EST) unless otherwise authorized in writing by the project manager. After-hours work in the United States Miami facility will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
The vendor shall provide a minimum of ten (10) business days' written notice prior to the commencement of any phase of the Telecommunication Engineer engagement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the buyer's right to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
Payment shall be remitted via ACH transfer to the vendor's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month. All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MIA-TEC-00482) for proper accounting reconciliation.
The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain comprehensive as-built documentation, including network topology diagrams, IP addressing schemes, VLAN configurations, and test results, and deliver all such documentation to the buyer upon project completion in United States Miami.
Warranty: The vendor warrants all Telecommunication Engineer services for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in workmanship or configuration shall be remediated at no additional cost to the buyer.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States Miami, Dade County, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The vendor shall carry, at its own expense, general liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance of no less than $1,000,000, naming the buyer as an additional insured party.
Neither party may assign this Purchase Order or any obligations hereunder without prior written consent of the other party. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall not be substituted without the buyer's express written approval.
