All Translator Interpreter services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the buyer's principal office in Australia Melbourne, specifically at Level 12, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Procurement Manager. The service period commences on 1 July 2025 and concludes on 31 July 2025. The Translator Interpreter is required to confirm availability and attendance at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to each scheduled session. Any rescheduling must be communicated through the formal channels established under this Purchase Order.
Payment for all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. Payment shall be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account in Australia Melbourne. The supplier is required to issue a consolidated invoice at the conclusion of the service period. - Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall be liable only for services rendered up to the date of termination.
