The Buyer requires a certified Translator Interpreter fluent in English, Bengali (Bangla), and Hindi to support a series of bilateral trade negotiations, corporate board meetings, and regulatory compliance hearings scheduled to take place in Bangladesh Dhaka between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of documented professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation within the Bangladesh Dhaka business and legal sectors. The Translator Interpreter shall be required to possess a valid certification from the Bangladesh Institute of Translators and Interpreters (BITI) and must demonstrate proficiency in legal, financial, and technical terminology relevant to international trade agreements.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively in Bangladesh Dhaka unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Translator Interpreter assigned under this Purchase Order shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, financial, and legal information encountered during assignments in Bangladesh Dhaka. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
3. The Supplier guarantees that the Translator Interpreter shall be available for a minimum of 90% of all scheduled sessions. In the event of unavailability, a qualified substitute Translator Interpreter of equivalent or superior credentials must be provided within 24 hours at no additional cost.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-BD-2025-04782) and include a detailed breakdown of hours or pages rendered in Bangladesh Dhaka.
5. All services shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including but not limited to the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and the Income Tax Ordinance 1984, as they pertain to the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Bangladesh Dhaka.
6. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice if the Translator Interpreter fails to meet the quality standards outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) annexed to this document.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh, 2001. The language of arbitration shall be English.
8. The Supplier shall provide weekly progress reports detailing the hours logged by the Translator Interpreter, the nature of assignments completed in Bangladesh Dhaka, and any anticipated scheduling conflicts.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Bangladesh Dhaka. This document, together with any attached exhibits and the referenced SLA, forms the complete agreement between the parties.
