This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of professional Translator Interpreter services to be rendered on-site and remotely in Germany Frankfurt and its surrounding metropolitan area. The services are required to support Rhein-Main Industrial Solutions GmbH during the Q3 2025 international trade exhibition, bilateral investment negotiations, and technical contract finalization meetings scheduled between 1 July 2025 and 31 August 2025.
The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, as well as certified document translation, in the following language pairs: German (DE) to English (EN), German (DE) to Mandarin Chinese (ZH), and English (EN) to Arabic (AR). All services must be delivered by certified professionals holding recognized credentials from the German Federal Chamber of Interpreters (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) or equivalent international accreditation bodies.
All on-site interpretation sessions will take place at the buyer's headquarters located at Zeil 42, 60313 Germany Frankfurt, as well as at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre (Messe Frankfurt) during the trade fair period. Remote interpretation sessions will be conducted via encrypted video conferencing platforms approved by the buyer's IT security division.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the service provider. The Translator Interpreter services described herein shall commence no earlier than 1 July 2025 and shall conclude by 31 August 2025, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
- Location of Service: All on-site services shall be performed in Germany Frankfurt or at locations within a 50-kilometer radius of Frankfurt am Main. The buyer shall provide necessary workspace, technical equipment (headsets, microphones, recording devices), and access credentials for all Translator Interpreter personnel.
- Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter and all associated personnel shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications encountered during the engagement in Germany Frankfurt are classified as confidential and proprietary to the buyer.
- Quality Assurance: The service provider guarantees that all Translator Interpreter professionals assigned to this Purchase Order hold minimum five (5) years of professional experience in the relevant language pair and possess valid professional liability insurance with a coverage of no less than €2,000,000 per claim.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (GF-2025-04872) and include a detailed breakdown of hours or words rendered. Payment shall be executed via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by the service provider.
- Cancellation and Modification: Either party may cancel or modify this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Cancellations within seven (7) days of a scheduled Translator Interpreter session in Germany Frankfurt shall incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session value.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Germany Frankfurt region.
