The Translator Interpreter must hold a minimum of ten (10) years of documented professional experience in multilingual corporate interpretation, possess a certified degree in Translation Studies or a related field from a recognized university, and demonstrate fluency in all three languages at a C2 proficiency level as verified by the Goethe-Institut, Cambridge English, and HSK Level 6 examinations respectively. 1. Payment Terms: Payment of the full amount specified in this Purchase Order shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of invoice issuance. 3. Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies disclosed during the interpretation sessions in Germany Munich. 5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of this Purchase Order by the Buyer more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date shall result in no charge. 6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the city of Germany Munich.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany Munich.
8. Quality Assurance: The Buyer reserves the right to request a post-event quality assessment of the Translator Interpreter services. In the event of material deficiency in interpretation accuracy, the Buyer may withhold up to 15% of the final payment pending resolution.

The Translator Interpreter shall report to the designated venue in Germany Munich no later than 07:00 CET on the first day of the event (August 18, 2025) for equipment calibration and final briefing.
