This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Global Communications (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to PT LinguaBridge Professional Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement of professional Translator Interpreter services. The services described in this Purchase Order shall be rendered exclusively within the metropolitan area of Indonesia Jakarta, specifically at the Buyer's headquarters located at Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia Jakarta 12190, and at such other venues within Indonesia Jakarta as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The Translator Interpreter engagement is required to support the Buyer's upcoming International Trade & Investment Summit scheduled for 22–25 August 2025, as well as ongoing bilateral negotiations with foreign partners. The Translator Interpreter must demonstrate fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and at least one additional language (Mandarin Chinese or Japanese) to accommodate the multilingual nature of the event held in Indonesia Jakarta.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall meet the following requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience as a Translator Interpreter in corporate, legal, or diplomatic settings within Indonesia Jakarta or internationally.
• Certification from the Indonesian Association of Translators and Interpreters (APPI) or equivalent recognized body.
• Availability for the full duration of the engagement period in Indonesia Jakarta, including travel to any venue within the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) as directed by the Buyer.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols. The Translator Interpreter shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work related to this Purchase Order.
• Provision of a qualified backup Translator Interpreter in the event of illness or emergency, at no additional cost to the Buyer.
• All on-site services shall be performed at the designated location in Indonesia Jakarta unless otherwise specified in a written amendment to this Purchase Order.

1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier shall confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of this Purchase Order.
2. Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (NGC-2025-04782).
3. Performance: The Translator Interpreter services must commence no later than 22 August 2025 at the Indonesia Jakarta venue. Failure to provide the Translator Interpreter on the agreed date shall entitle the Buyer to a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date.
5. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta.
7. Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
