The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services across the language pairs of English–Italian, French–Italian, and German–Italian. The Translator Interpreter must hold a minimum of five (5) years of documented professional experience in legal, commercial, and technical interpretation, and must be a certified member of the Italian National Association of Interpreters (ANITA) or an equivalent recognized body operating within Italy Naples and the broader Campania region.

All interpretation and translation deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be physically present and performed in Italy Naples. The Translator Interpreter is expected to arrive at the designated venue no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the commencement of each scheduled session. • 4.2 – The Translator Interpreter shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all content interpreted or translated during the engagement in Italy Naples. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed prior to the commencement of services.

• 4.7 – The Purchaser reserves the right to inspect and audit the quality of interpretation and translation deliverables. Any deliverable found to be below the agreed professional standard shall be re-performed at no additional cost to the Purchaser.
• 4.8 – This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Purchaser. The Translator Interpreter named in the Vendor's acceptance letter shall be the individual performing all services in Italy Naples.

By signing below, the Vendor acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms its ability to deliver the specified Translator Interpreter services in Italy Naples in full compliance with all terms, conditions, and timelines outlined herein. The Vendor further confirms that the Translator Interpreter assigned is available for the entire service period and meets all qualification requirements stated in Section 2 of this document.
