5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the State of New York, United States, and the international trade provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

5.2 The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary, financial, and strategic information disclosed during the summit in Japan Osaka. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed on June 5, 2025, and its terms are incorporated herein by reference.

5.3 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from Kansai Linguistic Solutions Inc. Payment shall be processed via wire transfer to the bank account specified in Section 1 of this Purchase Order. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5.4 The Translator Interpreter must arrive at the Japan Osaka venue no later than 08:00 JST on each service day. Failure to appear without a documented, force-majeure reason shall result in a penalty of 15% of the daily rate for each hour of absence.

5.5 Meridian Global Communications Ltd. reserves the right to modify the scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice. Any such modifications to the Translator Interpreter engagement in Japan Osaka shall be documented via a formal Purchase Order amendment signed by both parties.

5.6 Kansai Linguistic Solutions Inc. warrants that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement is fully insured, holds all necessary professional certifications, and is in compliance with all applicable labor and immigration regulations in Japan Osaka.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The vendor acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all obligations described herein for the Translator Interpreter services in Japan Osaka.
