The Translator Interpreter will be responsible for providing real-time oral interpretation and written translation services between English and Japanese throughout the duration of the engagement. The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide the following services in Japan Tokyo:

The Translator Interpreter assigned to fulfill this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

– Hold a valid JIC (Japan Interpretation Council) certification or equivalent recognized credential.
– Possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as a Translator Interpreter operating in the Japan Tokyo market.
– Demonstrate fluency in both English and Japanese at a native or near-native proficiency level.
– Have prior experience in technical, legal, and corporate interpretation settings.
– Be physically present in Japan Tokyo for the entire service period specified in this Purchase Order.
– Carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥50,000,000.

All Translator Interpreter services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the following locations within Japan Tokyo:

– Tokyo International Center, 1-1-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Japan Tokyo
– Odaiba Convention Hall, 1-6-1 Daiba, Minato-ku, Japan Tokyo
– Client manufacturing facility, Koto-ku, Japan Tokyo (address to be provided 72 hours prior)
– Global Communications Solutions Inc. temporary office, Roppongi, Minato-ku, Japan Tokyo

Payment for the Translator Interpreter services outlined in this Purchase Order shall be made via international wire transfer to the bank account designated by Tokyo Language Bridge Co., Ltd. The supplier shall submit a single consolidated invoice within five (5) business days following the completion of all services. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month. All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to the applicable Japanese consumption tax as indicated above.

Either party may request modification of this Purchase Order in writing. Cancellation of the Translator Interpreter engagement by the purchasing company more than fourteen (14) days prior to the service start date shall incur no penalty. Cancellation between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days prior shall result in a 25% fee of the total Purchase Order value. Cancellation fewer than seven (7) days prior to the service start date shall result in a 50% fee. The supplier reserves the right to substitute the assigned Translator Interpreter with a qualified equivalent upon 48 hours' written notice, provided the substitute meets all qualifications specified in Section 3.

The Translator Interpreter shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for the duration of this Purchase Order and for a period of two (2) years following its completion. All documents, recordings, and materials handled by the Translator Interpreter in Japan Tokyo shall be treated as confidential proprietary information of Global Communications Solutions Inc. No portion of the translated or interpreted content may be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the purchasing company.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Japan Tokyo. This document, once executed, becomes the governing agreement for the services described herein.

This Purchase Order (PO-2025-04872-JT) is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Purchase Order shall be considered expired unless renewed in writing by both parties. All communications regarding this Purchase Order, the Translator Interpreter engagement, and the services to be performed in Japan Tokyo shall be directed to the procurement contacts listed above.
