The Translator Interpreter must be fluent in English (native or C2 level), Russian (C2 level), and Kazakh (C1 level or above), and must possess a recognized certification from a body such as the American Translators Association (ATA), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 13171), or the Kazakhstan National Association of Translators and Interpreters.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively by the designated Translator Interpreter identified in the Supplier's acceptance letter, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Buyer.

4.2 The Translator Interpreter shall report to the Buyer's designated meeting coordinator at the Almaty International Financial Center, 50 Abai Avenue, Kazakhstan Almaty, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of each scheduled session.

The Supplier shall bear full responsibility for the Translator Interpreter's work visa, residence permit, and any related governmental filings required for the Kazakhstan Almaty engagement period.

4.5 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. Payment shall be remitted via wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any services not rendered to the professional standard specified in this Purchase Order.

4.6 In the event the Translator Interpreter is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other force majeure circumstances, the Supplier shall provide a qualified replacement Translator Interpreter of equivalent or superior credentials within twenty-four (24) hours, at no additional cost to the Buyer, to ensure continuity of services in Kazakhstan Almaty.

4.7 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kazakhstan Almaty in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Center.
