This Purchase Order is issued to formally authorize the procurement of professional Translator Interpreter services to be rendered in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The contracted Translator Interpreter shall provide comprehensive bilingual and multilingual interpretation and translation support for all official government proceedings, diplomatic meetings, and international conferences scheduled to take place within the Kuwait City metropolitan area during the period specified herein.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of documented professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. The service shall cover the following language pairs: Arabic to English, English to Arabic, Arabic to French, and English to French. All interpretation services must be delivered in person at the designated venues located in Kuwait, Kuwait City, unless otherwise specified in a written amendment to this Purchase Order.

1. The Translator Interpreter shall report to the designated venue in Kuwait, Kuwait City, no later than sixty (60) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each interpretation session. Failure to comply shall result in a 10% deduction from the applicable line item fee.
2. All services rendered under this Purchase Order must adhere to the professional standards established by the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) and the Kuwaiti National Standards for Language Services.
3. The Translator Interpreter is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. All documents, proceedings, and verbal communications encountered during the engagement in Kuwait, Kuwait City, shall remain classified and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the issuing authority.
4. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and a signed service completion certificate. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Gulf Linguistic Solutions LLC.
5. This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.
6. The Seller warrants that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this contract holds valid professional certification, a clean criminal record, and current health clearance as required for government engagements in Kuwait.
7. Any modifications to the scope, schedule, or location of the Translator Interpreter services must be documented in a formal written amendment signed by both parties prior to implementation.
8. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice in the event of material breach, non-performance, or force majeure circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party.
