This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Global Consulting B.V. to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional Translator Interpreter services to be delivered on-site in Netherlands Amsterdam. The Translator Interpreter services procured under this Purchase Order shall include, but are not limited to, simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, real-time document translation, and on-demand linguistic consultation. All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this contract must hold certified credentials recognized by the Dutch Association of Interpreters and Translators (NVT) and must demonstrate a minimum of five years of professional experience in multilingual corporate environments within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan region.

6.1 Scope of Work: The Translator Interpreter services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively at the designated venue in Netherlands Amsterdam unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The service provider shall ensure that all Translator Interpreter personnel are available no later than 07:30 CET on each scheduled service day.
6.2 Payment Terms: Payment of the total Purchase Order amount shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the service provider. Payment shall be executed via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in Section 2. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Dutch commercial law.
6.3 Confidentiality: All Translator Interpreter personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Netherlands Amsterdam. All documents, recordings, and materials handled during the interpretation and translation process shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall be destroyed or returned within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the summit.
6.4 Quality Assurance: The service provider guarantees that all Translator Interpreter deliverables shall meet the ISO 17100:2015 standard for translation services and the ISO 27001:2017 standard for interpretation services. A quality review shall be conducted by the Buyer's International Operations team at the conclusion of each service day in Netherlands Amsterdam.
6.5 Cancellation and Modification: This Purchase Order may be cancelled or modified by either party with a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service commencement in Netherlands Amsterdam shall be subject to a 25% penalty fee on the remaining Purchase Order value.
6.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding Translator Interpreter services in Netherlands Amsterdam shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam.
All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the following location: RAI Convention Centre, RAI Avenue 100, 1079 BT, Netherlands Amsterdam. The Translator Interpreter team shall report to the Buyer's on-site coordinator, Dr. Helena van der Berg, at the main reception desk of the venue. All interpretation booths and translation workstations shall be set up in Conference Hall B, Level 2, Netherlands Amsterdam.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding commitment by Meridian Global Consulting B.V. to procure the Translator Interpreter services described herein for delivery in Netherlands Amsterdam. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order document.
