- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Wellington Regional Health Authority and Pacific Bridge Language Solutions Ltd. for the provision of Translator Interpreter services within the New Zealand Wellington region for the duration specified above.
- All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold current accreditation from the New Zealand Translation and Interpreting Council (NZTIC) and possess a valid New Zealand Police Vetting certificate. The supplier shall provide proof of accreditation prior to the commencement of services in New Zealand Wellington.
- The Translator Interpreter services shall be delivered in accordance with the New Zealand Code of Ethics for Interpreters and Translators, ensuring confidentiality, impartiality, and professional competence at all times. All sessions conducted in New Zealand Wellington facilities are subject to the Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-NZW-2025-04782) and itemise hours by language pair and service location within New Zealand Wellington.
- The supplier guarantees a minimum of 95% availability for scheduled Translator Interpreter appointments in New Zealand Wellington. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be invoiced at 50% of the scheduled rate.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all completed Translator Interpreter services rendered in New Zealand Wellington up to the termination date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
- All services under this Purchase Order are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the provision of Translator Interpreter services in New Zealand Wellington shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or the District Court of Wellington, as appropriate.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- Any amendments to the scope, rates, or duration of Translator Interpreter services under this Purchase Order must be documented in a written variation signed by both parties before implementation in New Zealand Wellington.
