The Translator Interpreter must hold a minimum of five (5) years of documented professional experience in diplomatic, commercial, and legal interpretation settings, and must possess recognized certifications from a reputable international interpreting body such as the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) or an equivalent Nigerian-recognized credentialing authority.

All interpretation services shall be delivered on-site at the designated venue in Nigeria Lagos, specifically at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Purchasing Entity. The Translator Interpreter is expected to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the commencement of each scheduled session to conduct technical equipment checks, review briefing materials, and coordinate with the event production team.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Service Provider upon countersignature by both parties. All terms herein govern the engagement of the Translator Interpreter for the specified events in Nigeria Lagos.
2. The Service Provider shall ensure that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this contract maintains strict confidentiality regarding all trade negotiations, proprietary business information, and diplomatic discussions conducted during the interpretation sessions in Nigeria Lagos.
3. The Translator Interpreter shall comply with all applicable Nigerian labor laws, immigration regulations (if applicable), and professional ethical standards as defined by the Nigerian Institute of Professional Interpreters (NIPI).
4. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Service Provider within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice and satisfactory completion of all deliverables outlined in this Purchase Order.
5. The Purchasing Entity reserves the right to request a substitute Translator Interpreter of equivalent or superior qualifications should the originally assigned professional become unavailable due to illness or force majeure. Any such substitution must be approved in writing by the Purchasing Entity at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session.
6. All interpretation services shall be conducted at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos, or such other venue as may be mutually agreed upon in writing. Travel and accommodation within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area are included in the rates specified above.
7. In the event of cancellation by the Purchasing Entity with less than seven (7) days' notice, the Service Provider shall be entitled to fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value as a cancellation fee.
8. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
